CLIENTS TO CUSTOMERS

We first teamed up with Elite in 2022 and are thrilled with the quality of their work and their quick attention to our agency’s needs. Since then, they have been instrumental in assisting the department with our transition from Ford Explorers to Chevy Tahoes and up-fit 11 vehicles for us this year.

Nate and Ilana have been great partners throughout the process, and we look forward to doing business with them for many years to come

We saw a demo from Elite Vehicle Solutions years before we switched to them; we loved what we saw but it felt like a big jump to leave an upfitter that we’ve used for years who was only a mile away. But cruiser after cruiser was delivered with problems and inconsistencies. We were lucky our old upfitter was only a mile away, as the cars were constantly going back there. After one of our vehicle’s consoles began smoking a few minutes after delivery, we dumped the old upfitter and went with Elite. We’ll never look back.

Camden County Department of Public Safety has used Elite Vehicle Solutions for the past four years, in which time they have completely overhauled and performed upfits on eight of our fleet and response vehicles.

The pride Elite Vehicle Solutions takes in their workmanship and attention to detail on each vehicle is evident through their support and communications before, during, and after work is performed.

We’ve used Elite, exclusively since 2021, and couldn’t be happier. The turnaround time quality of work on our upfitting has been excellent. After touring their shop and seeing their operation, impressed would be an understatement. If we had a part that failed, Nate and his team were able to get the vehicle in and the correction was made, or it was replaced FAST. I look forward to working with them for as long as I am responsible for fleet management.

All of us here at the Monmouth County Sheriff's Office commend Nate and the entire Elite Vehicle Team for continuing to produce great results. At every stage of the build process, they keep us informed and communicate in the most efficient and effective manner.

Whether it's a new build in production, or a repair on a vehicle that has been in the fleet for several years, the team at Elite goes the extra mile. They are on the cutting edge of technology for emergency vehicle build outs, and the officers who utilize the vehicles day in and day out,

I've had the pleasure of working with Elite Vehicle Solutions on three different projects, and each time, they continue to raise the bar!" Their team, including Nate Herskovits and Chris Hansson, has impressed me with their attention to detail, creative ideas, and drive to meet our expectations. Their customer service goes above and beyond, and their communication throughout the project is very valuable and reassuring during the builds.

I look forward to working with them again in the future!
