Administrative Assistant Receptionist

The Administrative Assistant Receptionist plays a crucial role in supporting a small team of 1-5 members by managing front desk operations and providing comprehensive administrative support. This position ensures efficient communication, scheduling, and office management, and involves interacting with external clients and vendors. Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office suites such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is essential to perform daily tasks effectively.

 Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk reception duties, including greeting visitors and screening phone calls
  • Coordinate and maintain team calendars and scheduling
  • Handle internal and external communications promptly and professionally
  • Perform accurate data entry and document management tasks
  • Provide general office support to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist visitors and clients with inquiries and directions
  • Support customer service initiatives and resolve routine issues
  • Maintain records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

 Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative support

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
