Key Responsibilities

Install, repair, and troubleshoot automotive electronics and accessories using company-approved methods and quality standards.
Provide technical assistance and guidance regarding product functionality.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date service paperwork.
Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers.

Requirements

Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks safely and effectively.

Preferred Qualifications (Helpful)

Hobby with mobile electronics, 12-Volt installations, lighting systems, car alarms, or audio/navigation systems.

Background in electronic components, equipment maintenance, or the general automotive industry.
Relevant technical training or specialized automotive electronics certifications.
